1. The solar panel is installed in the transportation industry. The installation height of the solar panel is usually 5.5m from the ground. In case of two floors, the distance before the two floors should be widened as much as possible according to the light conditions of the day to ensure the power generation of the solar panel. The outdoor rubber cable shall be selected for the installation of the solar panel to prevent the damage of the outer sheath of the cable caused by the long-term household work. If the area with strong ultraviolet ray is encountered, the photovoltaic special cable shall be selected if necessary.
2. The installation of storage battery can be divided into two ways: storage battery well and direct burial. The two ways need to be well waterproofed or drained to ensure that the storage battery will not be blistered and the storage battery box will not have standing water for a long time. If there is water in the battery box for a long time, even if it is not soaked, it will affect the battery. The connection screw of the battery shall be tightened to prevent virtual connection, but it shall not be excessively forced to easily damage the terminal. The battery wiring work needs to be completed by professionals. If there is a short circuit connection, there will be a fire or even explosion due to the excessive current.
3. Installation of the controller. The conventional installation method of the controller is to install the battery first, then connect the solar panel. The removal method is to remove the solar panel first and then remove the battery, otherwise it is easy to burn the controller
II. Precautions
1. Reasonably adjust the installation angle and orientation of solar panel components.
2. Before connecting the output positive and negative poles of the solar cell module to the controller, measures shall be taken to avoid short circuit, and attention shall be paid not to connect the positive and negative poles reversely; the output line of the solar cell module shall avoid exposed conductor.
3. When the solar cell module is connected to the bracket, it shall be firm and reliable, and each fastener shall be tightened.
4. When the battery is put into the battery box, it shall be handled with care to avoid damaging the battery box;
5. The connecting wires between the batteries must be firmly connected and tightly pressed (but pay attention to the torque when screwing the bolts, and do not screw out the battery terminal), to ensure that the terminal and the terminal conduct well; all series and parallel wires are not short circuited or wrongly connected to avoid damage to the battery.
6. If the storage battery is buried in a low-lying area, it is necessary to make the foundation pit waterproof or select a direct buried anti water tank.
7. It is not allowed to connect the controller wrongly. Please refer to the wiring diagram before connecting.
8. The installation position shall be far away from the area where there is no shelter such as leaves.
9. Pay attention not to damage the insulation layer of the conductor when threading. The conductor shall be connected firmly and reliably.
10. After installation, charge and discharge test shall be carried out to confirm the normal operation of the system.
III. system maintenance
In order to ensure the working days and life of solar system, in addition to the reasonable system design, rich system maintenance experience and complete maintenance system are also essential.
Phenomenon: in case of continuous rainy days, cloudy days, sunny days, etc., the battery will not be fully charged for a long time, cannot reach the designed working days, and the service life will obviously decrease. Solution: when the battery is often not fully charged, you can turn off part of the load. If this phenomenon still exists, you need to turn off the load for several days. After the battery is fully charged, turn on the load. If necessary, additional charging equipment of charger shall be used to ensure the working efficiency and service life of solar energy system. Take the 24V system as an example, if the voltage of the battery is lower than 20V for about one month, the performance of the battery will decline. For a long time the solar panel does not generate electricity to charge the battery, emergency measures must be taken to charge in time.
